We are sure you will be pleased with your order but if not, we are happy to exchange or refund items purchased within 14 days of receipt. Underwear, once worn, can not be returned so we suggest that you compare the garments for size with existing underwear before trying on or removing the seals and tags. We will send out an exact replacement in the correct size (if available) or we will offer you suitable alternatives.

Please include details of the original order and instructions for replacements or refund. We suggest you obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate.
If you request a refund, please allow 14 days for the money to be credited to your account and please note we can only accept returns which were purchased directly from us, not via third parties. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK Law.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven to ten working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
